This is a starter privacy notice for review by the district's legal counsel before publication. It documents the data the site collects and how it is used.

What we collect

Visitors: standard server logs (IP address, request path, user agent, timestamp) for security and performance purposes. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

Staff (CMS): email, name, password (hashed), and an audit trail of administrative actions for accountability.

Athletes: information published on the site only after parental consent is on file. Internal records may include additional contact information that is never displayed publicly.

FERPA

The site is operated by the Oneida Special School District. Data is hosted on district-controlled infrastructure and never sold or shared with third parties.
